hey, cupcake!

On a recent trip to Austin, Texas, for the Museum Store Association Conference & Expo, I ran across cupcakes Texas-style. (Actually, this is quintessentially Austin-style -- those of you who know Austin and the rest of Texas will know exactly what I mean.) This gleaming Airstream trailer is parked on a little stretch of dirt alongside South Congress Avenue, one of Austin's hippest haunts. Notice the adorable pink cupcake perched atop the roof. Are those sprinkles? Why, I believe they are, y'all. If you ever find yourself in Austin, just belly on up to the window and choose from a delectable assortment of flavors. I picked the Red Velvet.
